Ingredients

Noodles: 250 grams

Peeled shrimp: 400 grams

Cooking cream: 150 ml

Tomato sauce: 50 ml

Parmesan: A fist, a can of crushed parmesan

Sauce water: the canita

Spices: 5-6 cloves garlic

a teaspoon of parsley

a teaspoon of rosemary

or teaspoon oregano

a teaspoon of basil

half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes

salt and pepper to taste

The ingredients are for two people

350 g paste
2 small chicken breasts
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups sm & acircnt & acircnă / milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
250 g boiled spinach
salt and pepper (to taste)
optional: parsley for decoration
Preparation time : 40 minutes

Step 1: Turn the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 2: The pasta will be boiled.
Step 3: Chicken breasts will be washed and diced. Put salt and pepper on them. They will be lightly browned in a pan.
Step 4: Melt the butter in a pan. Over it will add the flour and mix lightly.
Step 5: Pour sm & acircnt & acircna / milk over the flour and butter. Then add salt, pepper, 1/3 of the grated Parmesan and mix well.
Step 6: In a bowl you will put the well drained pasta, the sauce, the pre-cooked spinach and the chicken.
Step 7: Transfer all of these ingredients to a heat-resistant dish. Over the pasta you will put the rest of the Parmesan and you will put the preparation in the oven for 10-15 minutes. If you want, you can decorate with parsley.

How to prepare these pasta with white sauce

Boil the pasta for a minute less than it says on the bag. Meanwhile, sauté the finely chopped kaizer with onion and garlic. After they have hardened, add the flour and then gradually the milk, stirring constantly. Add the ham and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cheese and let it incorporate nicely, for a few more minutes. Over the sauce, pour the pasta and leave everything on the fire for another minute. Finally we add salt (if needed), pepper and greens. Good appetite!


Creamy white fasting sauce - recipe

Total cooking time: 20 minutes
Number of servings: 4-6

ingredients

  • 350 grams of cauliflower bunches
  • ½ raw cashew cup
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ½ cup of water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of mustard
  • optional: 2 tablespoons inactive yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Put a saucepan of water and salt on the fire. Unwrap the small cauliflower bunches and wash them. Boil it with the cashews for about 8-10 minutes.

The fork should penetrate easily through the cauliflower.

Drain the water and transfer the two ingredients to the blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until a homogeneous, fine composition results.

This is the fasting sauce that you can keep in the fridge in a glass jar.

Boil a packet of pasta (regardless of shape or size) and use this sauce. If necessary, thin it with a little water from which the pasta was boiled.

White fasting sauce can also be added to vegetable salads, such as potato, spinach or other greens, apples and nuts, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery or mushrooms.

You can also use it for sandwiches or stuffed sticks.

Unlike sauces that contain dairy or eggs, it does not have many calories or saturated fats.


10-12 sheets of commercial lasagna
2 zucchini
1/2 of broccoli
1 kg of spinach
400 g of ricotta cheese
5 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
200 g mozzarella
50 g flour
500 ml of milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation time : 1 hour and 30 minutes

Step 1: Zucchini will be washed and diced.
Step 2: Wash the spinach and it will be chopped.
Step 3: Broccoli will be washed and cut into pieces.
Step 4: & Icircn in a pan you will put butter (2 tablespoons), zucchini, broccoli, oregano and salt. You will let the vegetables brown for 5 minutes. Add the spinach.
Step 5: Mix the ricotta cheese with the eggs.
Step 6: Turn the oven to 185 degrees.
Step 7: You will melt the rest of the butter. Add flour and salt to taste. Gradually add the milk and mix well, forming a sauce. Don't forget to put Parmesan over these ingredients.
Step 8: Put half of the amount of lasagna in a heat-resistant bowl, which you will fill in the following way: put a layer of ricotta, a layer of vegetables and half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
Step 9: Pour half of the white sauce on top, then add the rest of the lasagna, ricotta and vegetables. You will turn the rest of the sauce and the rest of the mozzarella.
Step 10: Put the lasagna in the oven and leave it there for 40-45 minutes.


Pasta with white sauce and vegetables

Ingredient:
Pasta 200 g
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Grease butter 30 g
Flour 60 g
Milk 480 ml
Onions 1 piece medium
Carrot 1 medium piece
Garlic 1 puppy
Bell peppers 1 piece (half red / yellow)
Corn grain 50 g
Salt
Ground black pepper
Hot pepper flakes (optional)

In a pot, boil water with salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. When the water starts to boil, add the pasta and let it boil according to the instructions on the package. When they are ready, strain the pasta and rinse with cold water so that it does not stick together.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and chop the carrot into thin strips about 2-3 cm long. Peel and cut the peppers into small pieces. Put a little oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped garlic, onion, carrot and pepper. Add the corn to the end. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
In a saucepan put 30 ml of milk and butter over low heat. When the butter has melted, add the flour and mix well with a spatula for 3-4 minutes. Then add the milk little by little, stirring constantly.
After you have put all the milk, continue to mix using a whisk to dissolve all the lumps. When the sauce has become creamy and without lumps seasoned with salt, pepper and optional hot pepper flakes. Stir a few times and remove from the heat. If it is too hard, add a little more milk.
In a deep frying pan, mix the pasta with the vegetables and the white sauce. Stir for 1-2 minutes on low heat.
Serve hot with parmesan or grated cheese. Consume in moderation!

Fasting pasta with white sauce

Lent pasta with white sauce are super creamy pasta and very easy to prepare! We do not use sweet cream for the creamy white sauce, but coconut milk! Yes yes, you read that right! Delicious and very creamy coconut milk.

For the recipe of Fasting pasta with white sauce, I chose to use gluten-free pasta, but you can use your favorite pasta for this recipe, whether it is long pasta (spaghetti / tagliatelle) or short pasta (penne, fussili, snails). We boil the pasta directly in the sauce, and this helps it to bind even better. Why? Thanks to the pasta starch!

Ingredients for 4 servings of fasting Easter with white sauce

  • a small white onion
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Primadonna extra virgin olive oil
  • 400g Freshona coconut milk
  • 500ml vegetable soup
  • 250g gluten-free pasta Combino
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 50g fresh spinach (baby spinach)

We cut the onion very finely. We pass the garlic through the press or cut it very finely.

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil. Saute the onion for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, or until translucent. Add the garlic, cook for another minute, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper.

Add all the contents of the canned coconut milk. We mix very well. Pour the chicken soup, add the lemon juice.

Put the spaghetti broken in half, mix. Leave everything on medium heat, 15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and we have a creamy sauce. We don't forget to stir often, so that the spaghetti doesn't stick to the pan.
