RECIPE PREPARATION Grilled pork with vegetables:
We cut the pork into slices, beat it lightly and leave it to marinate for a few hours in a mixture of red wine with salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, a little oil, onion rings and hot peppers. Heat the grill well and fry the meat and vegetables, peeled and sliced. We fry the tomatoes whole.
Eggplants, zucchini and onions will taste even better if we pass them before roasting them, through the marinade in which the meat was.
After such a meal, a ripe corn goes very well!
