Chicken steak in mustard sauce

I had two large chops from a chicken in the freezer and I thought of making them today. I made them in mustard sauce. They are delicious! I boiled them with vegetables and made a cream soup and steak.

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon classic mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • salt
  • 100 ml. wine
  • 200 ml. soup juice
  • 1 teaspoon of dried herbs mixed by me

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken steak in mustard sauce:

Wash, portion the boils and boil them.

Remove them when they are almost cooked

In a bowl put the mustard, pepper, salt, herbs and 50 ml. wine.

Stir well.

Grease each piece of meat with this mixture and place them in a heat-resistant dish.

Put the rest of the wine in the bowl, mix well and pour it into the bowl.

Put the pot in the hot oven until the sticks are browned.

Serve simply or with the desired garnish.
