I had a craving for something sweet but I didn't want to spend too much time in the kitchen, so I remembered this cake that my mother used to make for us quite often when my cousin and I were little. I used to say that it is our favorite cake until we made another one and we changed our options :)) It is very good and it is made quite quickly, maximum 15 minutes and it is in the oven.

  • 2 cups grated apples (cup weighs 250 g)
  • 2 sugar dogs
  • 2 dogs flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda quenched with lemon juice
  • vanilla essence, grated lemon peel
  • salt dust
  • for the chocolate sauce
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 ml of water (even more, depending on how syrupy we want the cake to be)

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cake with grated apples and chocolate sauce:

Put the 6 eggs and the sugar in a bowl and mix them well until they become fluffy, add the mayonnaise oil little by little, the essence, the salt and the 2 cups of flour. At the end we add the grated apples and the baking soda. We put the cake in a rectangular shape lined with baking paper, the composition is not for the stove tray, it is for a smaller tray. Let it bake until it passes the toothpick test.

Chocolate sauce:

Melt the butter and sugar. Mix cocoa with water and pour it over. Let it boil until it becomes more bound but not much.

After the cake has cooled, prick it with a toothpick from place to place to absorb the chocolate sauce. Put the warm sauce with a spoon over the cake. You can also sprinkle coconut on top.

2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons crispy hazelnut (for decoration)

Prepare a round baking form 26/28 cm and 8 cm high wallpapered.
The apples are peeled, cut into 1/8, then cut into cubes in two or three if they are large slices. Sprinkle with rum and leave to stand for half an hour.

Separately mix well the butter + sugar (unground) + salt + cinnamon until the sugar melts and we get the creamy paste, add a whole egg and mix until we add all 4 eggs.
Separately in a bowl mix flour + ground hazelnuts + baking powder + cocoa, then mix lightly in the composition mixed with above and then add apples.Meanwhile, prepare the oven at a temperature of 170 & # 176electric or gas at 150 & # 176.
All the obtained composition is put in the tray and baked for about an hour. Let it cool in the tray.After that we will prepare a simple glaze made of
200 gr sugar (powder) + 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice and possibly a tablespoon of water if it is not slightly fluid, all mixed well until we get a slightly flowing paste that will be placed over the cold apple tart. Decorate with crispy hazelnuts or grated chocolate (or according to everyone's preferences).

100 grams of white wheat flour
100 grams of gray
50 grams of sugar

  • How to prepare cake with grated apples
  1. In a bowl put sifted flour, semolina, sugar and mix well.
  2. We flavor the grated apples, mixing them with vanilla sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
  3. Divide the amount of flour and semolina mixture in two and do the same with the amount of apples.
  4. Grease a pan with a tablespoon of coconut butter and put on its bottom half the amount of flour and semolina and then add half the amount of grated apples.
  5. Do the same with the rest of the mixture of flour and grated apples, finishing the apples. In the middle we put another tablespoon of coconut butter.
  6. Over the last layer of apples we put the other tablespoon of coconut butter (I used from Solaris) and sprinkle the almond flakes.
  7. Turn the oven to 190 degrees and when it is hot put the tray in the oven for about 50-60 minutes. You can tell when it's ready if you use the toothpick test and make sure the apples are brown on the edge.

& # 8211 The last layer must be the apple. Basically, the cake is baked using apple juice.
& # 8211 Use apples that are as juicy as possible. Apple juice will bake the cake. If the apples are not juicy add a little water (a few tablespoons)
& # 8211 I used coconut oil from Solaris because I wanted a fasting / vegan cake but if you don't want it in this version, you can replace coconut butter with cow's milk butter.

Choose ripe apples, even if they are hit, clean the hit side well. The apples are washed, cleaned, then grated on a large grater in a larger bowl. Squeeze the lemon over the apples and add the sugar.

Mix very well and leave until the next day. Stir occasionally to melt the sugar. The next day the apples are squeezed from the syrup that leaves it. The resulting syrup is consumed, it is very good.

The jars are washed, sterilized in the stove oven, about 20 minutes. Then take them out so as not to burn yourself. Let them cool a bit, then place the apples in jars. Put a little crushed aspirin in each jar. The apple jars for the cake are dusted for about 30 minutes.


Special for Christmas: cake with flavored apples

You need a large bowl in which you can easily mix the ingredients. First rub the butter well with the sugar until it becomes a foam. Then add the vanilla essence and eggs and mix. When they are homogenous, add in the rain the flour in which you mixed the baking soda, crushed almonds and honey, and mix gently until incorporated, and the dough becomes uniform.

Peel two apples and cut them into small cubes. When you're done, add them to the dough and mix well.

You need a round tray or a cake tin that is good to grease with butter and line with flour. Pour the mixture into the pan until evenly distributed. Place thinly sliced ​​apple slices on top and powder the cinnamon.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celius and leave the tray for about 30 minutes, without opening.

How to serve apple pie

This delicious apple cake is a perfect dessert for the Christmas meal. Cut it into slices and simply serve it with a cup of mulled wine.

        • 5 eggs
        • 250 gr sugar
        • 500 gr flour
        • 11 tablespoons oil
        • 1 tablespoon water
        • baking powder
        • 1 plate of grated apples

        Beat the egg whites, gradually add the sugar, oil, tablespoon of water. Incorporate the yolks, flour mixed with baking powder. Add the grated apples mixed with cinnamon and mix well.

        Grease a pan with oil, add the composition and put in the oven for 30 minutes on low heat (the oven should be well heated).

        You can glaze it with melted chocolate, we preferred it that way.

        Smart cake - The recipe is taken from the magazine Practically in the kitchen
        ingredients: 7 eggs, 12 tablespoons sugar, 9 tablespoons flour, 1 l milk, 1 packet butter or margarine Unirea, 1-2 packets vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon grated salt, 1 teaspoon grated ammonia.
        Preparation: Rub well the 7 yolks with 5 tablespoons of sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. After homogenization, add one or soft margarine, at room temperature (do not melt on fire) and mix well.         klaudya, I said that my recipe is a little strange, you will see why, at least for me, it's the first time I make a cake with beans :)) but I swear it's good, it's not heavy at all on the stomach and proof that it's the good thing is that the first time I made the recipe was a third of what is written below, this was Saturday and yesterday I repeated it. Before this cake, I think I made that tor I put the picture on, I make sweets so often :))

        150 g dark chocolate - it melts - I put it in a jar in a bain marie, it must be used immediately otherwise it hardens
        5 eggs
        6 tablespoons oil (olive, sunflower) + grease the form with oil
        ¾ cocoa cane
        3 teaspoons baking powder? If you know another quantity put less. I actually put 3 teaspoons of baking soda, because I didn't have baking powder. Maybe it's the same thing.
        3 teaspoons vanilla powder (other spices)
        ¾ crushed apple cup, grind in a blender
        1 and ½ cups agave syrup (another liquid sweetener). Honey is not indicated in high heat. You can melt sugar with a little water.
        1 and ½ whole walnuts that will be ground, also in a blender, in heaps.
        1 1/2 cups red / black bean dried beans that boil and drain perfectly well. The amount triples.

        Mix all ingredients in a blender. If you have a good food processor, higher capacity is better. The blender mixes them perfectly fine, for beans it is excellent, but you can't put everything together and you need to combine the solid ingredients with the liquid ones, for example the beans with the oil.

        Bake at 175 degrees C for 20-30 minutes. I put it in the dish of embarrassment so I didn't preheat the oven and left it for about 30 minutes. It stuck to me a bit, so next time I'll put wax paper.

        1 cup is the equivalent of 1 cup - there are measures for such a thing. If you do not have the measure, take a smaller cup, 250 ml.


        Light and creative recipes

        I have a big problem with nets where the quantities are given in spoons - because they can be grated or tipped, it depends on the ingredients. And a tablespoon of flour can weigh between 15 and 30 g.

        I already made the recipe with 18 tablespoons, it didn't convince me, so I tried the one with 10 tablespoons and more apples.

        So, I will do as usual, I will give the baking time and the quantities in spoons, but especially in grams.
        Ingredient:
        - 2 eggs
        - 150 g or 10 tablespoons of sugar
        - 150 g or 10 tablespoons of milk
        - 150 g of oil or 10 tablespoons of oil
        - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
        - 1 tablespoon of vinegar
        - 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
        - 600g flour + 2 tablespoons for pressing on the table to spread the sheet
        - a pinch of salt
        - 2 kg of cleaned and grated apples
        - 90 g of sugar or to taste
        - 50 g butter
        - 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
        - 60 g of gray

        Put the melted butter in a saucepan, add the grated apples, -90 g sugar, cinnamon, mix everything over medium heat for 15 minutes. Then add the semolina, for another 5 minutes on the fire.
        In a salad bowl, mix eggs, salt, vanilla sugar and sugar, until you get a creamy composition.
        Extinguish the baking soda with vinegar in a glass.
        Over the eggs, slowly pour the oil and then the milk, then add the flour and baking soda. Knead until you get a homogeneous dough. As it was still soft and sticky, I put it in the cold for 1 hour.
