2 red onions
250 g pickled cucumbers
100 g gososari murati in vinegar
a bunch of parsley
100 g olives
4 boiled eggs

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar + 50 ml hot vegetable soup

option: 1 teaspoon sugar

I boiled the potatoes in their skins, in salted water, until the fork entered them lightly. I peeled them while they were hot and cut them into cubes.

I cut julienned onions, cucumbers and donuts into cubes, and I cut the eggs into slices with a special egg slicing gadget. You can cut them into quarters or slices with a knife.

In a cup I prepared my dressing by mixing warm soup with sugar, oil and vinegar. I stirred until the sugar melted. I poured the dressing as evenly as possible over all the potatoes.

I mixed the potatoes with onions, donuts, cucumbers, chopped parsley (I kept a little for decoration), then I seasoned with a little salt and freshly ground pepper.

I tasted it and it seemed to me that it didn't need anything anymore.

I put the salad on a plate, decorated it with eggs and I have. You can also make decorations from cucumber slices or donuts.

We can put the olives whole or slice them and remove the seeds, but be careful not to leave the black on the potatoes and get a gray salad. If I have olives with seeds, I prefer to leave them like this in the salad because if I take out the seeds and put them sliced ​​in the salad, I blacken the salad and I don't like it. If I want seedless then I buy olives directly with the seeds removed. We have to keep the olives in cold water for 2-3 minutes to leave their blackness.

After we have them all in the bowl & # 8211 potatoes, onions, olives, pickles, eggs & # 8211 we give a pinch of salt and a pinch of freshly ground pepper to flavor them. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix lightly with two tablespoons. The oil is always applied to the spices to allow the latter to give flavor.
