Glazed cookies

Mix the butter at room temperature with the sugar and egg. Add vanilla, grated orange peel, baking soda quenched with lemon juice and flour.

Knead well and add another tablespoon of flour (if necessary) to obtain a non-sticky dough.

Leave the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.

We spread a 30 mm thick sheet and cut various shapes. I cut teddy bears, fir trees, hearts, stars, snowflakes.

We put the drops in a bag and break them with a twist.

Fill the middle of the biscuits with magic drops powder.

Bake the cookies at 170 degrees Celsius for 10 to 12 minutes.

We leave them to cool in the tray then we move them on a plate.
