• 1 1/2 Tablespoon whole milk
• 4 Tablespoons butter
• 4 Slices egg bread
• 1/2 Cup finely chopped ham
• 1/4 Cup finely chopped green bell pepper
• 1 1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped onion
• 1/4 Cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper, to taste
