Lucifer the cat is interested in the four-egg omelette with oyster and beech mushrooms and fingerling potatoes. "I just got a vacuum sealer, so I can do things like cook all my food to the scientifically perfect temperature, put it in a bag, and use it later. Vacuum sealers tend to scare people in that it makes food look terrifying, but the cool thing about it is that it makes everything taste better," Justin says.
