The puff pastry must be completely thawed.

We clean and wash the vegetables and cut them into smaller pieces. We wash the meat and cut it into cubes. We put the meat together with the bacon and the vegetables through the meat grinder.

Add the spices and mix.

Put the meat in a wok or Teflon / ceramic pan, without adding oil and let it cook properly in its own juice, for about 15 minutes. At the end we add the finely chopped greens.

Let it cool. After it has cooled, add the egg plus an egg white (leave a yolk to grease) and mix well.

We cut the dough in half. On the work table lined with flour we spread each sheet in turn. The sheet comes practically divided into three, and the sides are cut into strips of about 2 cm (see picture).

We put half of the meat on the middle strip and then pull the edges over the meat alternating left and right and so on until the end.

Do the same with the second sheet.

Place both pies in a tray lined with baking paper.

Grease them with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds as an option.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 35 minutes. They must be nicely browned.

Let cool then serve.
