How to prepare chicken breast with orange sauce
In a large bowl, mix the orange juice, chicken soup, jam, lemon juice, starch, rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix very well.
Roll the chicken breast in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the chicken. Cook it on both sides until it turns golden. Then add the juice mixture with the soup, cover the pot and let it simmer until the chicken is well penetrated. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
When ready, turn off the heat and sprinkle the parsley on top.

Romanians make beef salad especially for Christmas and Easter, and among these holidays if they have a birthday in time. But we really like it, which is why it gets on our tables more often. Not very, because it's quite heavy due to the mayonnaise, but enough to satisfy our cravings.
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1.5 kg of potatoes
- 600 g carrots
- 300 g celery
- 600 g pickled cucumbers
- 200 g peas
- 2 boiled eggs, 1 raw egg
- lemon juice
- mustard, salt, pepper
As everyone knows, the first step is to wash and clean the vegetables, after which we boil them in separate dishes. We only boil the potatoes in their skins. We do the same with the chicken breast, wash it well and boil it with it. We must be careful with the vegetables, not to boil them too hard because we risk they will crush when we mix them and our salad will not look good.
After the vegetables and the chicken breast are cooked and cooled, we start cutting into cubes, cubes, cubes. After we have finished cutting the vegetables, we put them in a large bowl, together with the peas and we start to prepare the mayonnaise.
From 2 boiled and cooled yolks, a raw egg yolk at room temperature, 1-2 tablespoons of mustard, lemon juice as needed and oil we prepare mayonnaise that will bind our ingredients together. Add mayonnaise over the chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper and you're done. If we want to decorate the salad, keep a few tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Yes, beef salad with chicken breast. I know that the organ salad is with beef (hence the name) but I don't really like beef. I also have a problem with this idea, so I adapt to my liking.

I make beef salad only with chicken and it is very good. Years ago I also made beef, but I think it's better with chicken. A matter of taste and habit & # 8230 & # 8230.

Beef salad is very good with turkey breast. If you don't cut it into cubes, put it in super yummy strands. Chicken with orange sauce - a simple and quick Chinese recipe
Wash the chicken breast and cut it into cubes. Add the chicken to a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the starch with the soy sauce and water to make the chicken marinade. Pour marinade over chicken and mix well. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for 5-10 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the orange sauce. In a bowl add the orange juice, brown sugar, starch, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar and sriracha sauce. Mix until you get a homogeneous composition.
In a large skillet, add the oil and let it heat up. With the help of a foamer or a spoon with holes, take the chicken out of the marinade and add it to the pan. Cook the chicken until it is well penetrated and acquires a golden color on all sides.
When ready, add the orange sauce and let everything boil until you get a thick, sticky sauce.

- 250 grams of boiled meat
- 150 grams of peas

Method of preparation
The vegetables in the soup are cut into small pieces, along with the meat, while the pickles are cut into cubes. Make mayonnaise from a raw egg, a boiled egg yolk and half a liter of oil and a tablespoon of mustard, then cut the boiled eggs into small pieces, but keep a yolk. All the ingredients are then mixed with mayonnaise and salt is added to taste. The salad is placed on a plate, and around it are placed the chips, and on top of it black olives, without seeds. The preserved yolk is shaved over the olives.
Beef Salad with Chicken
Bring the chicken breast to a boil with salt. After boiling, remove from the water and cool.
Wash the potatoes and carrots and boil them in their skins. After boiling, peel and leave to cool. (They are easier to cut if they are cold).
While the vegetables and meat are boiling, cut the cucumbers into small cubes and drain.
The peas are also drained (I rinse it with a little water, but that's not a must).
When the meat has cooled, cut it into cubes and set aside.
Cut the carrots and diced potatoes.
Boil one of the 3 eggs hard. Grate the yolk and put 2 raw yolks on top. Stir until smooth and then add oil until you get the desired amount of mayonnaise. (I eat less mayonnaise, so I used about 250 g). But the quantity can be adjusted according to preferences.
Mix the following diced ingredients: chicken breast, cucumber, potatoes and carrots. Add salt, peas and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
